This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable considering the spacious room I had and the convenient location. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the attention to detail was impressive. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfy bed that provided a great night's sleep.

There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but overall everything was more than satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. With comfortable rooms and cozy bathrooms, it offers a quiet and restful night's sleep. the coffee machine in the room and the sparkling water bottles provide basic but comfortable amenities.

The hotel's office building exterior might confuse guests upon arrival.

Nice and large room with plenty of space to move around. the location of the building is easy to spot from a distance and it has a great view of the city. the coffee machine is a nice touch, and the pods were decent enough in quality.

To start with, the air conditioning is completely useless, making the room extremely cold in the mornings. the Wi-Fi signal is terrible and the internet is nearly impossible to access from the room.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the good location of the hotel, just a few steps away from the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, which made my stay comfortable. Apart from this, the hotel provided a high-speed internet connection, which was a real advantage for me as I needed to stay connected with my family during my trip.

The hotel had a poor reception service, with no staff present outside of regular business hours. the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a fridge, kettle, and toiletries which made my stay a little inconvenient.
